Dr. Eric Erlbaum is the founding father of the Four Peaks Family. Dr. Erlbaum obtained his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh, before completing his postgraduate degree in internal medicine at Maricopa County Hospital. Dr. Erlbaum went on to complete his neurology fellowship at the University of Colorado and Barrows Neurologic Institute.
Dr. Erlbaum then worked as a staff neurologist for Maricopa County. In 1983, Dr. Erlbaum founded Four Peaks Neurology, and worked there as Medical Director until he retired in 1999. Among his many contributions to the neurological community, Dr. Erlbaum conducted clinical drug trials for Celerion, and educated physician assistants at A.T. Still University. Dr. Erlbaum was voted as a Top Doc in 1984 and 1986. Our beloved founder was elated to join us in celebrating Four Peaks’ 40th Anniversary this year !
